Solo-Ensemble Reset Password
Provide your email and click the Reset button. A new temporary password will be generated and emailed to you, which you may then reset from the My Account link. For security reasons, we store passwords in an encrypted format, so we cannot provide your existing password.
If you have already requested a password reset and did not receive an email, there are two likely reasons:
1. The emails are going into your email server's junk mail ("spam") folder.
2. Your internet host account (especially those managed by a school district) is blocking emails from Solo-Ensemble.com.
For case 2, create a new Solo-Ensemble.com account with a different (but valid!) email address and request the contest join codes again.
